CAROLINA TREET - KEVIN'S SPANISH MACKERAL
filets from a 3 to 4 lb fish skinned and boned
1 cup Carolina Treet
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped rosemary
1/2 cup chopped red onion
good shake of pepper
Marinate the fish in the sauce for 2 hours. Remove and put in shallow baking pan and evenly spread rosemary, onion and pepper on top. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes and broil for 4 to 5 minutes more......simple and tasty!!!
