CAROLINA TREET - KEVIN'S ISLAND CHICKEN KABOBS
4 CHICKEN BREAST FILETS
1 CAN OF CHUNKED PINEAPPLE
1/4 CUP OF SPICED RUM
1 CUP OF CAROLINA TREET BBQ SAUCE
SHAKE OF HOT CHILE POWDER
SHAKE OF GARLIC POWDER
SMALL SHAKE OF ALLSPICE
SHAKE OF BLACK PEPPER
LIME WEDGES

Cut chicken filets into 1 inch cubes, put on skewers with pineapple, alternating chicken and pineapple. Put skewers into a long glass dish. Mix rum and Carolina Treet BBQ Sauce togeather and pour over skewers. Marinate for 2 hours. Shake dry powders and spices over skewers and cook on hot grill 8 to 10 minutes til done, squeeze of lime on everything and let's eat.
